Silver Chalice

Pictura Translucida, transparent painting on a shiny metal surface. This style of painting was made during the Dark Ages at the hight of the 2nd Golden Age of Istambul. This painting was made with black acrylic background. The view is on a scratched and sanded aluminium support to show the changing shape of the chalice instead of on a shiny support with transparent paint.
