The Humpback Whale

 This will be a story of a baby humpback whale and his parents traveling from Maui to Alaska.
To study the whale I drew from a skeleton we have on display in Kanapali and a bronze statue.
The next year I got a 30 foot trimaran and I saw a whale closeup,
his nose hole was big enough to hold my VW bug.

This first painting is the baby whale's papa with Maui in the background.

A whale's eye view of Maui.

The male whale would be the first to Maui in early April.
