Mussini Ultramarine Light

I think this pigment PY:42 is more important in making other pigment chemical colors than the color itself in the tube. It's not strong enough to work with the opaque colors and too strong to work with a transparent color. A light translucent color will not make a neutral color dark color, in this case we get Green.

To reach a dark neutral use a darker yellow oxide like burnt or raw umber. This color mixed with PY:153 will make an Indian Yellow brown side. It's a handy color but not one I always use.
