Wet Fresco Media Test

Casein holds the pigment best. No Gloss.
I wish I had tested egg yolk and alum here. It would have been strong with a gloss. Acrylic medium also works very well in both fresco and secco. It has the same gloss as the calcium carbonate in aged fresco.
Water weakens the lime and pigment bond. No Gloss.
Lime water holds but not as good as casein. No Gloss.
