The Magenta color called Acra Violet on the mango only lasted for 5 hours before turning purple. That's a good example of why it's important to get your first 100% coverage done in the first day. The texture on the basket was done with a 1 inch dry brush, then touched up with a rigger. Black pigment is never used, it dulls and adds a pervasive green or gray hue to any color it is mixed with.
