17th Hole at My Brother Rick's House

Bridgewater, Connecticut

7.75x9.75, acrylic on panel
August 22, 2002

I had to shoot this with a flash, it was getting dark.

Reflections in Perspective

The white thicker uneven line is the water level at the lands edge, it is a foot below me. The second set of two small yellow lines at the left show that an object at the waters edge reflects the objects height accurately.  The flag is farther back and appears higher with less reflection because of both the lands extra height and the increased distance away from you. The thin horizontal white line is the horizon line.
